The payoff is speed at the front of the queue. Instead of reading every new ticket cold, a technician gets the important context up front, already sorted and summarized. Marc built it as soon as ChatGPT launched, and he’s clear that the open API is what made a project like that realistic for a team his size.
One-Click Security Tool Deployment
Guardian IT runs a number of cybersecurity tools, and it launches all of them from inside Syncro. Every customer gets a custom field that holds a simple comma list of the software that customer should have. Add an entry, and Syncro handles the rest.

To roll ThreatLocker out to a customer’s assets, Marc’s team types comma ThreatLocker, an installation script fires, and the tool lands on the machines.
